The PAX went through a series of exercises to with an 1/8 mile lap between each. To keep the PAX together group excercises were done to 100 reps and OYO excercises were AMRAP with the timer being the second PAX to reach 100 reps.

COT/BOM:
Like many of us YHC is always tremendously appreciative of the fellowship F3 brings into my life. Before F3 I barely knew any of the men on my street who lived further than 2 houses away. Know I count the 6 F3 men on my street alone among the dozens of friends I’ve met through F3. I appreciate all of you come out and enjoy the gloom with me. Prayers go out for @nightshift and his 5th interview and to @shakeit and the other men in the Tobacco Road half/full marathon. Aye!
