main event:
we play blackjack.
a circuit: the pax split into two groups. 1s and 2s=two stairwells…
start with 20 merkins somewhere, possibly at the base of the stairs.
run up the six flights of stairs (sorry chum, who clearly asked before
this whole affair if the workout would be ruck friendly…) perform 1
quadraped (plank position. raise and extend left hand and right foot.
return to plank. raise and extend right hand and left foot) at roof.
run down. 19 merkins. then 2 quadrapeds at roof. exercises always add
up to 21.
working through this circuit, what with the many stairs involved
apparently takes the better part of an hour.
