YHC spent some quiet time this week reflecting (read: phone + toilet) on the number of exercises that have remained unexplored at the Bullpen. Browsing the Exicon, it didn’t take long to discover the excruciating possibilities in 4x4s and ALARMs. It seemed a necessity that 14 unsuspecting PAX should enjoy these pain-inflicting combinations on a gloomy Thursday morning.

Mosey to the parking lot across from the YMCA.
4 x 4 x 44 = Partnered PAX Burpee into 4 Merkins followed by 4 Mountain Climbers. One runs, the other exercises. Combine efforts to achieve 44.
