Balmy weather brought the herd today with 6 posting a 4:30 ruck led by the never dissapointing Rambler. 9 for 5:15 EC led by Yanni and his wacky warehouse of junk turned into useful workout gear. Most notable the bola style baseballs, hanging ever so majestically, for pull-ups. And a whopping 28 for the ME. So many posting makes the game plan a little different so a couple of adjustments and additional calculations on the fly……………carry the 6 and lets go!

I reused a few workouts today as many q’s do as they look to create a workout. Strangely, we all look forward to the beat down even though it is always more of the same. This is a great thing about F3 and should translate into our daily tasks. If you dread it, it will be awful. If you look at it like a necessary part of life and embrace it you will be happy.
