THE THANG:

PAX moseyed to the park, stopped at the entrance for 5 Burpees, continue to mosey to the shelter. YHC asked for a 5 count from the PAX, YHC actually meant 5 Burpees, not 5 seconds of rest.  YHC was inspired by Coco’s energy….it was converted to 5 Burpees of rest throughout the Q, it became a theme.

Tri-Merkin: 10 diamond Merkins, 10 regular Merkins, and 10 wide-gripped merkins.  All in succession, swift movement from each exercise, no break in between.

PAX moseyed to the rock pile and grabbed a good size rock for a coupon romp through Waterstone.

Ricky Bobby ensued.  While running, YHC called out different variations to hold the coupon, including, Overhead, Chest Level, and Stomach Level.  100 yards in, PAX feeling good, 5 Burpee break.  Continue for some time, 20 Coupon Curls.

Mosey to guardrail #1 and put coupons down. YHC asked Nickelback for a 5 Count.  Nickelback began counting to 5 while standing in place.  YHC realized Nickelback had not caught onto the trend.  YHC interrupted Nickelback mid-count with “Burpees, OYO!.” 20 Dips (Single Count) and 10 Derkins (Single Count). 5 Burpee break. Repeato with Dips and Derkins.  5 Burpee break.  Pick up coupons.

Mosey to guardrail #2 and put coupons down. 10 Squat and Overhead Thrusts (cadence count). 20 Dips (Single Count) and 20 Ierkins (Single Count). 5 Burpee break.  Repeato with Dips and Ierkins. 5 Burpee break.  Pick up coupons.

Mosey back to Park Parking Lot. While running, YHC called out different variations to hold the coupon, including, Overhead, Chest Level, and Stomach Level.  Placed coupons back into rock pile.

PAX were thoroughly spent.  Perfect, 5 Burpees.  PAX moseyed to the traffic circle.

Circle of Death: (1) Diamonds – Burpees; (2) Clubs – Carolina Drydocks; (3) Sqades – Squat Jumps; and (4) Hearts – Monkey Humpers. 1 Round consisted of each PAX grabbing a card. 4 Rounds completed, thus 20 exercises crushed.
