We sprint the inclines, moseyed the flats all the way up

Back down we took the stairs, then sprint stairs back up hitting each step

Jacob’s Ladder: 10 Burpees, down hill, 1 jump squat, all the way to 10 JS and 1 burpee

We got kicked out of the deck at this point

Went to cover at City Hall:

Bear Crawl / Crawl Bear

Scorpion Crawl (one leg BC) up / Scorpion Crawl back  —- switch legs, repeat

Crab Walk up / Crab walk backward

Gorilla up / Gorilla backward

Glad to have these hard chargers out today; I couldn’t keep up with any of them, as I got lapped on the ladder, but it’s ok, I be back for more later.  I’d rather be chasing these guys than working out by myself somewhere!  Glad to be out in the gloom today.
