jog to Cox Parking Deck
dynamic stretches – hip stretches, high steps, high knees, twist lunges
The Main Event
Ran to the top of the deck, came down the stairs X2
Ran up one set of stairs, came down the other X2
Jogged to the Bell Tower deck
Ran up the 8 flights of stairs and down the other side X2
Ran up the deck to the top came down the stairs X 1
Ran up the deck to level 5 X 1
Did a set of pistols and both legs.
Ran back to the starting point.
