Mosey to the end of the longest row of parking spots. YHC stole a page out of Cadre DS’s book for all those who remember the first cadre challenge during the custom Tough event a couple of weeks back. Pax were instructed to crab walk 3 parking spots then stop and perform ascending hand release merkins. So, crabwalk 3 then 1 hrm. Crabwalk 3 more, then 2 hrm. Etc. We weaved up and down the 3 rows in the parking lot (topping out at 8 hrm) and held low squat hold until all were finished.
Next we went back the way we came, via bearcrawl with ascending Bobby Hurleys ever 3 spots. We managed an extra stop on the return trip and finished with 9 Bobby Hurleys.
Then, we headed down to the track for the main course. Partner-up for our March Madness Burpee Bracket. Partners took turns running a lap around the track or performing a designated variation of burpees called by YHC. Each PAX was responsible for exactly 1/2 of the called total for each round. Once you finished your half, you were to do pull-ups/plank/low squat hold until your partner returned. Repeat as needed until team completed each round’s total
Round 1: 64 burpees (32 each)
Round 2: 32 double merkin burpees (16 each)
Round 3: 16 eight count body builders (8 each)
Round 4: 8 quintuple merkin burpees (4 each)
Round 5: 4 dectuple(?) merkin burpees (2 each) – 10 merkins at bottom
Round 6: 2 world’s longest burpee (1 each) – 30 second high plank to 30 second low plank hold to 30 second high plank to 30 second low squat hold to jump
