With a fast mosey to the City Hall Annex, we bought in with 10 good form merkins, rolled into 2 sets of BTTW/People's Chair on a 10 count ROF. After everyone cashed out with 10 good form merkins. Another fast mosey took us to the DCRI building, another 10 merkin buy in for a walking pendulum lunge, then another 10 merking cash out. Another fast mosey to the parking deck lot across from City Hall, 10 good form merkins led us into Asheville Abs, a 10 merkin cash out, and we were of quickly to startex.
