Seat wall – inclinded merkins / jump ups / declined merkins / lunge with a balancing twist / leg to wall with merkins
Steps – bear crawl up and crawl bear down then sprint up to top that side step down
Boulders – off set merkins all the way up (decending from 10 merkins at 1st boulder to 1 at the last….there were 10 boulders)
Field – bernie sanders across the field (no dog poo was encountered)
Bike racks – combo of dips and merkins
