The Thang
YHC brought some dumbbells to use for these exercises. We started at one end of the tennis courts and overhead carried, stopping between each court for an exercise. The first set of exercises was 10 slow curls, 20 rows (10 each side), 10 goblet squats, and 10 burpees. We did those there and back. The second set of exercises consisted of 10 thrusters, 10 swings, 10 overhead presses, and 10 burpees. We did those there and back as well. After returning the dumbbells to AO start, we did a 0.75 mile mosey, ending with 33 flutter kicks for Mary. Mumblechatter throughout as YHC is expecting his 5th child and Cool J already has that many.
