This past weekend, YHC ascended Stone Mountain with the M and 2, 3, and 4.0s, along with Banana Split & family, and Glass Joe. Special thanks to 16 Seed for the post-hike provisions and accommodations.
This workout was inspired accordingly.
Warmup: Side Shuffle Hop, Imperial Walker, Willie Mays Hays, Overhead Clap, 5 burpees OYO.
Mosey down the road for Little Baby Arm Circles, the Reverse, and 5 burpees OYO. Proceed to the Jason Jones Memorial Bench for three sets of Dips (x20) and Box Jumps (x10).
Main Event: Mosey to the tennis courts. Up against the fence, to 10 Derkins at 10-15 degrees, 10 Derkins at 30-45 degrees, recover, then 30 seconds of Balls to the Wall. This is called “Ascending Testicles”. Lunge walk across the tennis courts. Repeat 2x for three sets. Stone Mountain had three nice vistas, so we had to be sure we appreciated each one. We made two stops on the descent, omitting Balls to the Wall on the first vista and completing only the low set of Derkins at the second one.
