9 pax assembled in the warm gloom, prepared to give it a full 61 minutes worth.

Warmup: SSH, Seal Clap, Arm Circles, WMH, Mountain Climbers, Slow Merkins

The pax divided into 3 groups of 3 and assembled on the sidewalk next to the Carrboro Plaza parking lot. Partner 1 sprinted from there across the PL, touched the wall of Grey Squirrel and sprinted back. Meanwhile Partner 2 did burpees, Partner 3 did WWIIs. Switch until all 3 have done each station, recover as a group then go again, run/Perkins/LBCs this time.

Fellowship jog to the Green Monster. First group cycled through pull-up, spot and dips while Group 2 did burpees and G3 did air squats. Switch.

Long fellowship jog down the greenway to Merritt Mill, down MM to the big field.

Jacob’s Ladder on the small hill down from the sidewalk. 6 burpees at the bottom & 1 air squat at the top, Jacob til 1 burpee 6 squats, finished as a group.

Line up across the field with the first light pole on our right. 1 burpee there, sprint to the next pole, 2 burpees. Countinue to poles 3, 4 and 5, sprint back to the start, 6 burpees.

FJ back to the start. Dealer’s Choice Mary: Russian Hammer, LBC, Nolan Ryan, Peter Parker, Parker Peter, Plank Jack, Slow WWIIs, a couple more.

Some real deal sharing in the circle this morning. Appreciate the guts it takes to be open with struggles, especially as men, and it’s so important to be able to. We all have that safe place to go when we need the support, available to every man who needs it. Don’t carry your burdens alone, the men on your right and left every morning understand what you’re going through better than you’d expect. Lean on them, and let them know they can do the same.
