Mosey to our ME up on field @ AO
10 station circuit course near playground area of AO. At the completion of each exercise, PAX we’re instructed to mosey down range, around a cone near the other end of the soccer field and return to starting position. There they would pick another exercise off our board to complete.
All exercises had the same required repetition number to complete but the count (single, cadence, etc) was left up to the individual PAX. Our repetition number for the morning was 35
