Grateful for the opportunity to Q for the first time and these dudes crushed it! I didn't bring music this time, but my heart rate was up!!

WARM UP
SSH x 25 (Messed up the count right out of the gate, but the fellas knew the ropes and kept things moving!)

Harvester x 9 (who likes round numbers…)

The warm up continued with hip openers, butt kicks, high knees, and lunges before moseying over to the basketball court.

THE THANG
Rick Bobby variations around the basketball court (4 min each, 1 min rest)
The group started on the first exercise in the round and switched to the next exercise once they made it to the front of the line, last man led the count.

Round 1
Mode of transport = Bear Crawl
Cycled through the following in candence:
– Mountain Climbers
– Flutter Kicks
– Plank Jacks
– Heels to Heaven
We landed on around 100 total reps as a group!

Round 2
Mode of transport = Crab Walk
Cycled through the following, OYO:
– Merkins
– Squats
– Shoulder Taps
– Skaters

Round 3
Mode of transport = Lunge Walk
– LBC
– Carolina Drydocks
– Turkish Getups
– Burpees

Jog, Run, & Burpees
We then proceeded down the greenway, 5 min up and back, alternated jog/run. two sets of 10 burpees were interspersed in the middle and the end.

Laces Out starts a new job at the end of the month.

MOLESKIN
I learned a lot in 45 minutes this morning. I was trying not to burn folks out and make sure everyone was safe. In the process, I overdid a few things, had everyone running in the dark and kept everyone a little late… But the beautiful part, everyone took it in stride, welcomed my ideas, and gave it their all. As I mentioned, I'm inspired by these savages every time I see them at 5:30, ready to roll. I'm throwing out appreciation here to all of you who are part of this. You give me hope.
