Once upon a time, Chape Hill had one Friday AO with a 60 minute workout. It had a singular mindset: move iron. They also like to taught it as the toughest 60 minute workout in Churham.
There were men at that time who wanted something different… including some running. As the founding SiteQs were both marathon runners, they wanted to assure PAX this new site was NOT a running AO. They also wanted to take a friendly stab at the previously mentioned, but not named, AO. With that, Westend planted a flag and named the hashtag #61minutesofnorunning.
I share this bit of trim history because the no running # was a rip—not a requirement. This morning we traveled over 3 miles total. Running was more than 2 of this miles. Each Q can lead what he wants. I’m going to make an effort to bring more running to my mixes.

Main Event
Mosey’s over to Hargraves Community Center’s basketball court and paired up for a Dora.
