After each round, in lieu of a 10 count, we let a few PAX share their answer to the question of the day “What is one restaurant you went to as a kid and thought was really fancy but as an adult you now know is just not good”. Some great answers here. Olive Garden was shared by YHC to start. I mean any place with fresh Parmesan served table side has to be fancy right? Lots of steak houses/buffets on the list and I thank the PAX for sharing as it was a quick way to get a glimpse of your childhood while also invoking a bit of laughter
Low Tempo with Moore
6 rounds of tabata: merkins, block swings, rows, overhead press, squats, and curls. We broke it up with a coin toss game of chance in the middle. Ladder to 10 with heads being burpees and tails merkins. All were winners!

BoM:

So this weekend I took my son to his friends 10U basketball game and we decide to leave with about a minute left because the game was basically over. As we are walking down the sideline he drops his water bottle and spills water all over the court which of course stops the game. As I frantically try to find something to clean this up I realize one thing. No one is helping me and at least 100 people are staring at me thinking I'm an idiot. Finally, a woman runs to the bathroom and grabs as many paper towels to help me and we get the mess cleaned up so the game can be resumed. Honestly, from the experience I can truly say that i will never forget that woman. She could have sat there with everyone else (including my son!) and just stared, but instead she made the effort to help someone in need. We should do the same. Until next time Aye!
