COT – message this week is simple, yet impactful (mirroring the workout) – we need a greater level of kindness in today’s world – make a difference by impacting others with a random act of kindness – don’t save this action for special occasions or the holiday season – each day is a great time to improve the life of another human being. Take this momentum into your lives/community/society. Have a great weekend.
