Marky Mark and Boyardee met early for some Spartan training and Yanni rucked with the local rabbits. Two things were learned; the rabbits are crap for mumblechatter and the bar at #thebighouse is awful to hang from.

Jog to the 3 walls:
1) 10 Jump ups/ 10 wide grip merkins at each wall then sprint to end and jog back
2) 10 dirkins/5 burpees at each wall then sprint to end and job back
3) 10 side jumps(5 on each side)/ 10 diamond merkins at each wall then sprint to end and job back.
Side wall:
1)Dips in cadence – 20
2)10 jump ups OYO
3)Dips in cadence-15
4)10 jump ups OYO
Jog back to clubhouse:
1)Spider man walk to stairs
2)jump ups on each stair to the top
3) bear crawl to street
Field:
1) Walking step ups to walking plank to walking steps(switch at cones)
2) Walking one legged step up to walking irkins to walking one legged step up
3) Repeat #2 with other leg
Mary:
1)V ups – 15
2)Situps with 4 american hammers at the top – 15(i think that’s the number)
