The Thang
Jogged down Raleigh Road and turned into the parking lot for the softball fields
Partner Up
Partner One sprinted around the parking lot while Partner 2 did Merkins / jump squats and then alternated
Rinse and Repeat x4
Everyone jogged to Laurel hill
3 sections to Laurel Hill Run
1) The group ran up Laurel Hill to the first turn, then went back downhill picking up the 6
2) Indian Run through the middle part of Laurel Hill
3) Run up the remaining portion of Laurel Hill, then back downhill picking up the 6
Jog to the outdoor stadium for some steps running.
Ran down the steps, did 5 push-ups on the stage, then back up to the top and back down to the stage. Decreasing push-ups by 1 each trip until we got to zero.
Jog Back to turf fields
