All of the PAX got on their six and YHC decided to start with flutters. YHC had a grand idea to go around and each PAX do a 10 count. It was a mistake on my part but everyone powered through it. 10×13= 130 seconds of flutters! Video cred goes to my good buddy Cyanide! Enjoy!
COT
As always I’m inspired to lead such a great group of men during the 1st part of the day. As the New Year has started YHC set some goals for himself and F3 will be a major part of helping achieve those goals. F3 has become a big part of my life and I know it has made me better for it and I’m not talking just fitness!
