Want to know everything you can about F3 before you show up? Well you can’t but here are some things that may make it easier.
How Do I Find a Workout?
Click on the “Workouts” tab on the main menu and find your city. Then click on the location name and a Google Map will pop up with the exact location.
I’m Not Sure I’m in Shape Yet
F3 is for every fitness level. You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and modifying workouts for your own personal fitness is completely normal. Wherever you start, keep coming out and you’ll pick it up quick!
What Do I Need for My First Workout?
All you need to bring is an open mind and a positive attitude. Athletic clothes for whatever season you come out…we workout in the rain, snow, heat, humidity, and of course when it’s nice. We recommend a good pair of gloves (yard work gloves are great!) since you could be in a parking lot, carrying rocks, or gripping a pull-up bar! If it’s hot, bring a post-workout shirt change and towel so you don’t stink up your car. And of course, WATER. Stay hydrated! If you are not meeting a friend at your first post, simply show up and introduce yourself as an FNG. You’ll be welcomed.
