Mosey down to old Craftboro via brewer/Bike path
Alligator Merkins half way up the hill toward the public storage. Bernie sanders up the remaining part of the hill.
At top, 20 reverse lunges (10/leg), then crawl bear down to the bottom.
Modified Flat Tire (partner up, and do 4 wheelbarrow steps, then 4 merkins. Repeat pattern for 5 sets, then switch positions. Continue the 5 set rotation until you reach the top.
20 180* Squat Jumps.
Mosey down hill and over to the bottom of Old Pittsboro Road, where the hill really begins.
Modified Ricky Bobby – pax all bear crawl up while person at the back breaks off and bernie sanders up the hill. Continue up hill until each pax has had one bernie sanders run, then mosey to the top.
At the top, regroup and mosey over to the farmers market and break into two groups of 8.
