Warm up with traditional exercises, added the “power up” merkin.  Full-body and a little goes a long way.

ME: Merkin pyramid up to 15 and back, in between each we ran from one sideline to the other on the soccer field.  All told that’s 225 merkins and 3/4 mile run.  From there team Dora with rocks and more running, followed by Mary, name o’rama, COT, and ball o’ man.
