YHC ventured into his VQ understandibly anxious and nervous. Comforted knowing he would have the support and encouragement of the PAX, he carried on despite misstep or two along the way. This workout was designed to be easy to remember for YHC’s VQ but challenging for the PAX.
18 PAX showed up and we’re off.

The Thang
The PAX departed the AO and ran at fellowship pace to a wet field. New shoes may be in order for at least one of the PAX. We partnered up into two groups, half running steps with their partner doing urkins x50, then switched with their partner when urkins were complete. Switch again with one partner doing dips x50 while other partner runs steps. Repeated once more with urkins x50/steps.
Pax then lined up along the end line. Suicide runs at 25 yard increments down the length of the field.
Lunge to mid field and back.
Fellowship pace run back to AO

I’d like to start by saying how appreciative I am of this community we have. Although I don’t take advantage F3 as often as I would like, it’s here for the taking. April marks my one-year anniversary with F3. I’ve spent some time over the past couple of weeks reflecting on my journey. Not just in F3, but in life. The three pillars of F3 represent areas of my life that I want to continue to grow. That growth has been enabled by words of encouragement by the men of F3 both in the gloom and in day to day life. It amazes me how just of few words of encouragement can take me further than I can on my own. I’ve challenged myself recently to use these words in my life to make myself better in fitness, fellowship and faith. I encourage the Pax to do the same. Use words of encouragement for your kids, partner, co-workers and others to make a difference in their day and life. Aye!
