Four PAX started off the week with a ~2.5 mile travel through the Oaks in an alternating ruck/run fashion. This small group returned to Creekside to find 8 additional PAX who were also bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, and ready for a beatdown. The following is what ensued.
WARM-UP – SSH, Good Mornings, Merkins (standard & wide), Imperial Walkers, Air Squats
THE THANG –
- Partner up and rotate through the following sets of two exercises (2X)
- Weighted Pullovers (15x) and Merkins (Standard 10x, Wide 10x, and Narrow 10x)
- Dock Jumps (20x) and Kettlebell Swings (15x)
- Fellowship jog a lap
- Wall Handstands w/ Kick up and Bear Crawl/Crawl Bear Combo
- Wall Push Plank and Lunge Walk/Bunny Hop Combo
- Fellowship jog two laps
