– Yoga stretches (trying to make this a thing, failing)

– SSH * 20

– Arm Circles * 10

– Reverse Arm Circles * 10

– Imperial Walkers * 10-ish

– Willy Mays Hayes

The main event:

the first thing:

The PAX lined up two by two around the baby running track for bear crawl / plank Ricky Bobby. Hightower was the lone PAX at the back, bear crawling to the front and then holding plank position. From that point on we moved as a pair bear crawling from the back to the front, then holding plank position.

Right arm high, regular, left arm high, bear crawling, rinse and repeat until we made the slowest rotation possible around the track. Everyone was delighted with this and super positive comments flowed throughout.

The second thing:

With the aim of showing off the site, we made our way to the playground where many bars of metal hang. Let’s just preface with by saying it sounded better on paper. Three PAX made their way across the monkey bars, three more were doing dips and for the rest it was dealers choice – merkins, LBCs, and burpees at least from what I remember. Let’s just say there’s room for improvement here and move on ….
