Keeping the same partner – Wheel barrow across soccer field, rotating at midfield or as needed. Partner carry back.

Monkey jumping, suicide burpees
- Suicides to 25, midfield, far 25, and then end of field and back
- 5 burpees at each stop, 10 monkey humpers at end line
- People’s Chair when you’re done until all Pax finish
Rinse and repeat on this time with 10x Merkins instead of 5x burpees and 10 jump squats replacing monkey humpers and plank it out
