With heavy rain blanketing the area, I worried that I’d be doing burpees in the rain by myself. But YHC was surprised when 12 hearty pax decided to join Hipster D on on wet Tuesday beatdown.
Warmup – SSH, windmills, hillbillies, merkins, squats
Mosey on over to the tennis court
The escalator – do one exercise, walking lunge to the next corner, repeat exercise #1 and add a second, walking lunge to the next corner, repeat exercise #1, #2, and add a third, … you get the picture
- 10 cc squats
- 10 single count merkins
- 10 single count squat jumps
- 10 cc side shuffle hops
- 10 cc peter parkers
- 10 single count carolina dry docks
- 5 burpees
- 10 single count tuck jumps
- 5 burpees
After 2 full laps around the tennis courts, we made our way back to the parking lot for Mary
Flutter kicks (35 cc if i remember correctly)

We were going to be done at that point, but Lowtide didn’t want to lose those 2-3 minutes of working out… so added in 10 cc superman hands off merkins… in case we weren’t wet enough as is
