8 PAX showed up at Hooker Fields on a very cold morning to get warm via running. It is a glorious sight when you arrive at Hooker Fields and they are all lit up. It just calls to you to get out there and enjoy them. We weren’t alone as there were multiple groups out enjoying the AO pre-dawn: ROTC, Navy, flag football, etc. We were there first so were able to lay claim to the track and everyone else had to work around us.  Thanksgiving is almost here and the best way to justify eating too much over the next week is to get in some mileage so we did.  Excited to have three PAX who posted at the Goat for the first time!

Warmup: 2 laps, SSH, Windmill, Willie Mays Hayes, Mtn Climbers, Stretch OYO

The Thang:

One warm up lap and then 400m followed by 10 Russian Hammers, 10 Heels to Heaven and 20 LBC’s.  Repeat x 2

Then, 800m followed by 10 Russian Hammers, 10 Heels to Heaven and 20 LBC’s.  Repeat x 2
