WHEN: 10/10/2017
QIC: Boucher
PAX: 2ply, Cake, Driftwood, Floyd, Funny Money, Happy Gilmore, Kia, Mounds, Roach , Screech, Slow Pitch, Soda Popinski, Sweats
YHC heard the call of The Big Dance Site Q Sweats to fill some of the open Q slots at TBD and I jumped on it.  I noticed that the date I signed up for was 10/10 and realized this would give me an easy reason to lead a high set/low rep workout.  So my goal was to lead the Pax through completing ten, 10 rep sets of 10 exercises.
After a fitful night of sleep where I couldn’t settle on which ten exercises to include in this quest, I stepped outside of my house and was nearly knocked over by the thick, unseasonably humid air.  I slipped into my new sleeveless F3 Churham shirt hoping that would help at least a little with the cooling.  As I drove up to Forest Hills Park, I finally decided on what 10 exercises I wanted to do.
When I arrived, a solid group of 12 Pax were waiting for the workout and even before the workout, most were glistening with sweat – more indicative of an August morning of gloom.
Warm up
Side Shuffle Hop IC x 10
Imperial Walker IC x 10
Good morning x 10
Arm Circles Forward x 10
Arm Circles Backward x 10
Willie Mays Hayes x 10
YHC would have done 4 more warm up exercises to get to 10, but wanted to get to the Thang!
Mosey to the Tennis courts.
We had 14 Pax and we lined up at that end of the tennis court and YHC explained to the Pax that we would be doing 10 sets of 10 reps of the following 10 exercises.  We walked through each one…and held burpees for the end, noticeable groans were observed.
The Thang
  1. Merkins x 10 (mixed in a different form each time – 1 – standard, 2 – spider man,  3- diamond, 4 – wide, 5 – slow merkin, 6 – hand release)
  2. Air squat single count x 10
  3. Carolina Dry Dock single court x 10
  4. Donkey kicks x 10
  5. Apple pickers IC x 10
  6. Gorilla walks 10 reps
  7. Tuck jumps single count x 10
  8. Lunge jumps IC x 10
  9. LBC IC x 10
  10. Burpees x 10

Lap around the tennis courts and repeato.

The Pax (Floyd) helped keep me on track with m counting….and we kept at it and kept a pretty steady pace, and despite our best efforts, we were only be able to complete 6 rotations.  But all Pax were smoked and soaked.
We moseyed back to the parking lot for COT
Moleskin
