6 pre-soaked PAX rolled in from Lone Pine to join 13 others for the ME at Rameses. For those who weren’t already drenched, the sweat started after the 4th or 5th arm circle.
The Warm Up (didn’t take much)

The Thang:
The PAX paired up and started down to the railing on the hill. While one executed 15 over hand rows on the railings, the other was horizontally climbing mountains. Switch and repeat for a total of 45 rows.
Mosey to the Picnic tables.
YHC loves ladders, so the PAX embarked on a 3-4-5 ladder (3 derkins, 4 box jumps, and 5 dips). Next round went up by the same amount (6 derkins, 8 box jumps, and 10 dips). Repeato until we maxed out at 18 derkins, 24 box jumps, and 30 dips, then started our way back down the ladder.
Totals: 108 derkins, 144 box jumps, and 180 dips
I could see the PAX was eager for “more ladder,” and thus proceeded to the tennis courts for a burpee ladder to 10 and back down. To ensure no PAX was left behind, PAX who finished early planked on their last burpee of each round until all PAX were planking, before popping up.
Total: 100 burpees.
Post burpees it was back to the parking lot, stopping for 10 underhand rows / mountain climbers, 3 sets of 10 for a total of 30 rows.
Mosey to the back of the parking lot for bear-like movements.
Cones were set at ~25 yards apart in a box. With equal numbers of PAX starting at each cone, and always facing downhill, bearcrawl, crawlbear, or sidebear to the next cone (clockwise). At each cone, perform 3 diamond grip merkins, 3 regular merkins, and 3 wide grip merkins.
Totals: ~100 yards of bear movements with 12 diamond grip merkins, 12 merkins, and 12 widegrip merkins.
