Strong Start to Week and Much to Celebrate!

3 PAX (Homes, ShakeIt, Beano) started the morning with a solid 5k through Southern Village.  Then at 5:45 am additional PAX converged in the main community square.  First there were 11…then here comes #12, then #13!  The PAX stopped appearing from all directions at #15.  The group then quickly warmed up and got down to business.

WARM UP – SSH, Slow Merkins, Prisoner Squats, Windmills, Arm Circles (both directions), and one Fellowship Lap around the main square

THE THANG

  • Two sets of dips on brick wall (x20) and alternating front lunges (x15 each side)

Mosey to back parking deck area

  • Three sets of each of the following
    • Beam Pullups (x10) and Hanging Knee Tucks
  • One series of each of the following
    • Bunny Hop middle section of parking lot and Crab Walk back to start
    • Reverse Lunge middle section of parking lot and Bear Crawl back to start
    • Traveling Burpee middle section of parking lot and (can’t remember travel mode back)

Mosey back around building to main courtyard area and PAX split into two groups.  Groups were assigned to, 2 at a time, complete the exercise below, while those waiting completed exercises called by the Q.  After completing your turn, each PAX would go to the back on the line to complete the other exercise.

  • Group 1 – Fire Hose Sprint (length of couryard and back)
  • Group 2 – Kettlebell Farmer’s Carry (45 lbs. or 35 lbs.)

PAX ended main event with:

  • Derkins (x20)
  • Wall Step Ups (x20)

GREAT FUN WAS HAD BY ALL!!!!!
