A little snow, ice, and sub-freezing temps greeted the 3 PAX that showed up for a little Jag. We circled up at 0529 not expecting others and went straight to work:

Warmup

  • Fellowship Lap
  • SSH
  • Frankenstein Kicks
  • Arm Circles (front/reverse)
  • Box Jumps

Thang

Usain Bolt

  • Person 1 calls out exercise for PAX then sprints around the bus loop. Upon return, next PAX up shouted the exercise and took off running.
  • Exercise 1: Merkins
  • Exercise 2: Squats
  • Exercise 3: Lunge Walks

Mosey to monkey bars

Push and Pull stations

Each PAX man a station to 20 count. Cycle through 2x.

  • Station 1: Inverted Rows
  • Station 2: Pull-ups
  • Station 3: Merkins

Mosey to U road parking lot entrance (by playground)

 Sprints and Squat Jumps

  • 1 person sprints from east side of JAG, sprint to other end parking lot entrance and back
  • PAX squat jumps until sprinter 1 returns
  • Cycle through x3

Swerkins

  • 3 sets of 12 IC

Mosey to swing sets

Peoples Chair

  • rotate positions throughout

IMO, there’s no better way to start your day than with an F3 workout.  You feel good, more focused, have more energy throughout the day, and generally are in a better state of mind after you’re through. And it’s not just the exercise but the socializing, mumble chatter, dumb jokes, etc.  The pain of the alarm and the draw of the fartsack is strong but short lived. Once you shake that first 5 minutes off and post, your day will be much better.
