The Thang
On the concrete columns outside we did 15 dips, 10 derkins and 15 erkins. Rinse & repeat
After we had a nice burn in our arms we decided to venture inside the deck.
Jacob’s ladder from the 1st Floor up to the 7th…7 Merkins at the bottom 1 squat on floor 2 until 7 squats up top and 1 merkins at the bottom.
During the ladder one of the PAX decided to take the elevator and thus 10 penalty burpees ensued.
Mosey to the other side of the deck. Run down 1 level to the corner 7 burpees…backward run to next corner 6 burpees until we got down to 1.
Forward run & backward run to the 1st floor. We then completed a bear crawl/crawl bear suicide
