Spring Practice

8 PAX arrived early to #theskunk, @buffay got there right on time at 5:29.56am.

Warm up – 25 SSH, 10 WMHs, 10 GMs, 10 Overhead and 10 Seal claps.

The Thang – in honor of Spring finally arriving YHC decided to do some spring practice.

We mosied for a fellowship jog around the practice football field then lined up at the goal post.  2 cones were placed 20 and 40 yards out.  Exercise to first cone, different to second then sprint to other goal post.  Coming back, run backwards to cone then exercise from one cone to next then different exercise to goal post.  Some of the exercises were dragon walk, bear crawl, crawl bear, crab walk, frog leap, bunny hops, traveling burpees, and lunges.

YHC then moved PAX to benches where dips and dirkins were had.

PAX moved to rectangle made up of buckets.  YHC had PAX number into 2 groups.  One group would attempt to keep the lights on the other turn them off.  (YHC placed lights in center of rectangle).  At each corner PAX did either burpees, merkins, CDD, or Squats then had to sprint into middle to address the lighting situation before sprinting back to the corner.  Then to move from corner to corner PAX had to either do high knees or but kickers.  This game worked well for YHC as his team won thus the losing team had to sprint the field.

NEXT YHC had PAX duck walk in a straight line down the field while PAX in rear ricky bobbyed and weaved to the front.  Lunges were done on the way back with the same set up

Prayers for Nickleback as he is still sick and recovering from injuries.  Prayers for Nubbin’s family as they prepare for a trip.
