Warm-up: SSH, AC, Mt. Climbers, Everest, Merkins
The Thang:
Travel and sick 2.0’s have caused YHC to be deprived of quality time with Rameses of late. In an effort to make up for lost time today’s goal was to get reacquainted with THWM….
Round 1:
Partner up. Partner A sprints to top of THWM and then heads back down; Partner B begins animal crawl up (Section 1 – bear crawl, Section 2 – crawl bear, Section 3 – gorilla); switch when A meets B. Repeat until you reach the top.
Round 2: Buddy carry up THWM, switching as needed. 10 burpees every time you switch.
Round 3:
Partner A does mobile exercise while, partner B does stationary exercise. When B is done, sprint up to A and switch. Repeat until you reach the top of THWM.
(Section 1 – lunge walk/20 merkins, Section 2 – traveling burpees/10 rows, Section 3 – broad jumps/5 burpees)
Round 4:
