Warning – Either my memory is failing or I was hypoxic at the end of the workout – I honestly can’t remember all 13 pax – for that I’m sorry. It was a bit chilly this morning (50-degrees) and while I knew I’d be kicking myself for saying that this winter, YHC decided to get the heart rate up early in order to warm up the pax.

Warm-up mosey over to the platform overlooking the lacrosse field
5 SSH just for Riggs
10 slow-count merkins (1 down, 2 & 3 in low position, 4 up) – dubbed “Bulls**t counting by Riggs
20 BS-count squats
15 cadence count mountain climbers

Mosey back to the parking lot to pick up some stragglers, who weren’t there (apparently they decided to hit the track for a couple of miles instead…)
Over to the law school for:
10 BS-count dips
20 OYO stepups
50 OYO high plank alternating light pole taps (right arm, then left arm)

Mosey over to the parking deck, start at the bottom level, run to 2, 2 burpees, run back down, 5 burps (the bottom part of a burpee), run to 3, 3 burpees, run back own, 5 burps, run to… repeato, up to 7, 7 burpees, run down, 5 burps, plank hold – extra set of stairs to catch the 6
