Mosey to main round about and stroll down walking path to begin. 9 rounds total. Each round consists of a different animal walk across round about on dirt path and then back across other path (somewhat of a V). Once finished, recovery mosey back to start and do 15 merkins.

Round 1 – Inch Worms (after about half, YHC made a switch and said lets lunge walk the rest of this beast)

Round 2 – Crab walk

The FNG was running late and showed up right about now. He actually came via an invite from YHC so I used this used this opportunity to take a quick break and also try and break the ice.

YHC: Hey FNG, not to pick on you BUT how many of each animal did Moses take on the Arc?

FNG: Uh

Mothman: It was Noah

YHC: I know Mothman. Come on!

My M thought this was just a bad of a joke as everyone else.

COT/BOM:

I’ve been doing F3 for about 5 months now and have been able to share a lot about me with other members of the PAX. One thing though I always struggle with is sharing my faith. With it being Easter week, the PAX was kind enough to let me share my testimony:

Growing up, with the things my family went through and with my personality I always found myself playing the “peace-maker” role. As I began to grow older and go through experiences with school, life, and marriage I began to realize that I had turned that into being self-serving individual. From money, to Friends, to work, it was all about what was best for me.

Thankfully, my wife helped pushed me to church where for the first time I started to become self-aware in all my actions. I began to realize that through god there was a higher meaning in my life and that no matter what I was involved in, it was having a downstream impact on those around me. Even better, it gave me an opportunity to be a good example to my family and friends for how to live your life and be a shining light through godI’m honestly really not sure from an outside perspective how much different my life would look if I never found god, but I do know that that the legacy I leave and the eternity that is set for me would be greatly different.

Fellas, with it being Easter week take some time to reflect on how and why you are living your life. Get to church this Sunday! If you don’t go to church, consider this an invite. If that feels uncomfortable how about we get together one day over coffee and just discuss faith?

I appreciate you guys!

Moleskin:

Not to self, if you are going to tell a dad joke, let Mothman know so he doesn’t ruin the punchline!

Great job today supporting the FNG out there.

The FNG may be first member of the PAX in which his 2.0(Batman) beat him to posting at an AO.
