Four PAX did EC hill sprints, eight PAX did EC pullups, and then 16 men total took the risk of pouring rain, and only had a little bit of a drizzle in the air and puddles on the ground to deal with – well, that and what QIC had in store.

The Thang:

1) Buddy carries halfway around the parking lot, stop and each guy does 20 merkins. Switch on the buddy carries and continue to the end. Each guy does 20 merkins OYO. Whole group does 20 dips at the end.

2) Wheelbarrows halfway around the smaller circle of the parking lot. 15 squirkens. Switch on the wheelbarrow and finish the circle. 15 squirkens. Whole group does 15 derkins at the end.

3) Bear crawl halfway around the smaller circle of the parking lot. Whole group does 15 jump squats together. Bear crawl the rest of the circle. 15 jump squats at the end together. Whole group does 20 curb irkins.

4) Lunge walk halfway around the smaller circle of the parking lot. Each guys does 10 burpees OYO. Lunge walk the rest of the circle. 10 burpees OYO.

Plank walks across the street into half a ladder of merkins. Each man had one hand on the curb for the merkins. Four were completed.

It’s been a while since YHC Q’d, and been an active participant in F3. You don’t realize what a really special group and workout it is to be a part of until you’re gone for a while. Major props to a couple of the newer guys for hanging tough today. Some rumbling about the Patriots that Marky Mark told me never ever to repeat.
