Slooooowwww 10 Count for the VQs

VQs…6 PAX total showed up…We ran, exercised some, and ran some more…

3Peat led us in the warm-up:

  • Side Shuffle Hop 20x
  • 10 Merkins
  • Good Morning 10x
  • 8 Merkins
  • Little Baby Arm Circles & Reverse (12x)
  • 6 Merkins
  • The Windmill 10x
  • 4 Merkins

 

The Thang:

We moseyed behind the school for an Indian run with a twist. The twist allowed for the last man to drop, crank out 5 merkins, catch up to the group and tap the last man so he could enjoy a break with some merkins. (2x)

Next, the PAX moseyed to the front of the school where we did a Dora of 100 Merkins, 200 Dips, and 300 Air Squats. I was really impressed with how the group pushed through together.

Once we conquered the Dora, Bob Uecker gave us possibly slowest 10 count on record (without complaints from the PAX). We then proceeded to do the following: Mountain Climbers 20x, WW2s 20x, Flutters 20x, and capped it off with some Monkey Humpers 20x.

Mary:

Happy Gilmore started us off with Bay City Scissors (flutter up downs and leg cross), Pusher led us in 20 Merkins, Cyanide finished with some Russian Hammers.

3Peat and I were very excited about our first opportunity to Q a workout. We both started around the same time in October of 2017. Personally, I struggled through most of the first months’ worth of workouts but, I have improved and really look forward to the mornings out with everyone. Looking forward to the next opportunity to Q.
