Introduction:

Being my VQ, I arrived way too early. Sitting nervously in car, in the gloom waiting for arrival of PAX.  Started at 5:30AM with 14 PAX count.

Warmup:

Overhead claps, Lb arm circles, Good mornings (may have been other warm ups nerves trumped memory.)

The Thang:

Lets move to top of Central Park at skate board park. Circled up for some merkins.

Move again to middle paved circle of park for AYG round circle x 12 Merkins. This three times followed by OYO WWIIs.

Lets move to Parts and Labor our door sitting. Some form of bar merkins, some thing called an up rightrow. Dips on benches.

Moved again to Central Park covered farmers market pavilion. Circled up for clock wise counter clockwise bunnyhops and bear crawls.

More movement to YMCA lower Parkin lot. Parking tracers. Merkins. Bear crawl 4 parking space then 4 burpees again x 3.

Move again back to beginning.

Thanks PAX for accepting my free form VQ. I surely got some of the counting and exercise names boggled but felt an accepting spirit. Being Q does feel cool. It’s an opportunity I can now full heartedly recommend.  I will step up again!  Progress vs perfection.
