Rudy turns 51 tomorrow, and rather than Q the Goat for his 51st birthday, he decided he’d Q Pleasantville today for his Respect +1 -1 and then the Cougar on Wednesday for his Respect +1 +1.
Rudy does a lot of martial arts training, which means 2 things. First, he could probably beat you up, and second, he knows some really hard, awkward exercises that will make you sore. Here’s what we did:

Partner back to back squats-lean against partner back to back, and squat, rotate and repeat; switch directions after 2 min
Partner shoulder to shoulder kneels-lean against partner shoulder to shoulder, and kneel on 1 knee, rotate and repeat, switch directions after 2 min.
Partner medicine ball pass-back to back, and then to chest pass after 2 min
Partner wheelbarrow push up with squat: one partner holds feet of partner doing pushups, does squat with each pushup, rotate in Q
