9 Pax decided to take undertake the Quest this morning at the Vortex – a Quest to work together to get stronger, faster, and accomplish a challenging goal.

Warm-Up: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Good Mornings, Arm Circles, followed by a bunch of Body Weights Squats while discussing the morning’s objective.

The Quest (performed in teams of 3):

Each triad selects coupon (representing team “supplies”) while completing a lap around entire field.  The coupon must travel with the team through the Quest.
In far corner, 200 hand release merkins (collectively).  Rest position throughout the Quest is Superman pose.
Wheelbarrow to opposite corners as quickly as possible (alternating roles)
In opposite corner, perform 200 star jumps
Run to picnic tables by bathhouse for 200 dips
Run to tennis courts and do team traveling burpees to other side (other two partners side shuffle, alternate who’s doing burpees)
Complete 100 donkey kicks against fence
Travel to playground for 100 pull-ups
Run back to field and complete lap with coupon
Travel to Quest victory ring at center of field
Some teams were able to complete a bonus round of 100 jump lunges and 100 WWIIs.

All teams successfully completed the Quest!
