With the Tremendous Growth of F3 Churham, YHC hasn’t been back to what he used to consider his “home site” Fetzer/Kenan in nearly two months. With #Eagle being closer and earlier, holiday travel, and a “bunch going on…” YHC had committed to Q-ing #Kenan in a few weeks. YHC had some terrible ideas for the stairs. Right Swipe was looking for a swap given his M’s travel, and YHC jumped at it…but needed to make some changes to the plan based on the existing snow and ice in and around campus, despite the “heat wave.”
4 Pax revived the Kenan EC 5K. We went down to the Dean Smith Center and back up Manning for some solid elevation.

The Thang
Mosey to the Rams Head Courtyard (top of the Rams Head Parking Deck).
We counted off by 8s and sent two groups to each corner of the Courtyard. The first group would do an exercise at the station and the second group would use a different mode of travel to the next corner station and thus serve as the timer.
The sequencing went as such –
1st Corner – Squats
Travel Method to 2nd – Travelling Burpees
2nd Corner – Shoulder Taps
Travel Method to 3rd – Bunny Hops
3rd Corner – Merkins
Travel Method to 4th Corner – Lunge Walks
4th Corner – Imperial Walkers
Travel Method to 1st Corner – 1o Traveling Merkins to the right/10 Traveling Merkins to the left and mosey the rest of the way.
The PAX completed two complete cycles. We then moseyed to to the parking deck and commenced on a quick 4 set rotation of 5 dead hang pullups with plank in between.
We then moseyed back to the start.
