The THANG: We made to lines and did a zoo themed indian run to the playground. This was performed by having the first person in the line call out an animal and the team would convert to that mode of transportation. This began with the obvious crab walk then bear then rabbit. Then I started seeing and hearing all sorts of animals being called out. I heard gazelle followed by laughter, then there was the skipping kangaroo, and the confused unicorn.

Once we arrived at the playground we did a ¼ mile loop as a warm up. Upon completion the workout plan was explained. Partner up, while 1 partner runs the ¼ mile loop the other partner does a AMRAP Cindy. 1 round of Cindy is 5 pullups, 10 pushups, and 15 air squats. When the runner returns the roles are switched. 20 minutes.

After the Cindy/mini-Murph we did another indian run but this time we had did a non-animal theme and as a single line. I should have known this would go off the tracks quickly as well. It started with high knees, butt kickers, lunges, skipping while laughing, and some weird sideways squat walk thing Rambler dreamed up.

CoT:

Mary: When we returned to the parking lot we rounded out the awkwardness with a Mary containing crunchy frogs, back planks, and plank neck rotations. It was exactly like Eric Prydz “Call On Me” except it was sweaty dudes complaining about dizziness. A car pulled up and I immediately felt embarrassment. Sorry Mr. Prydz for dishonoring your contribution to music video history.
