On the 9th Day of Christmas…

January 2, 2018

WHEN: 01/02/2018
QIC: Jutice
PAX: Funny Money, Knope, Toolbox, CoolJ, Sweatervest, Blistex, Justice

When I started F3 late this summer I sometimes wondered what happened on those cold days in the dead of winter.  I found out this morning.  The one consistent salutation YHC received from the PAX at the end of the ME was: “Thanks for keeping us warm!” One needs the first F to stay warm on days like this.

Warmup

SSHx 20, Seal jacks x 20  , Smurf jacks x 15,  plan jacks x 15, Mountain Climbers x 15,  Good Morning x 10.

The Thang

Mosey to the pavilion: Dirkins x 20, dips x 20, jump ups x 20, irkins x 20, step ups x 20.

Mosey to Choir rehearsal at the tennis courts: The 9th Day of Christmas.

Run the four corners using each to sing out a day of Christmas and descending down to the first station (i.e. run to first corner and perform first day of Christmas exercise while singing and back to home corner; then run to second corner performing second day of Christmas exercise while singing, continue to first corner for exercise and singing and back home; then run to third corner to exercise and singing, to second corner and singing and back home…and so on and so forth).

On the ninth day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:
9 Ladies Dancing: 10 lunge jumps
8 Maids a Milking: 20 star jumps.
7 Swans a Swimming: 30 cadence count Heels to Heaven.
6 Geese a Laying: 40-count BTTW.
5 Golden Rings: 50 overhead presses.
4 Calling Birds: 40 squat jumps
3 French Hens: 30 WWIIs
2 Turtle Doves: 20 Carolina Dry-docks
and a Partridge in a Pear Tree: 10 burpees

The clock was our friend today: we only got through 5 days of Christmas before Knope gave me a time warning, so we skipped straight to the 9th Day of Christmas.
