With the U.S. Open on the horizon I thought I would take a stroll down memory lane with the PAX.  Shinnecock Hills in Eastern Long Island has hosted our championship four times and this year will be the 5th time.  This morning we were paying homage to the 1995 Open that Corey Pavin won.

Warmup

29 SSH(in honor of Neal Lancaster’s back nine in the final round)

GM x 10

WMH x 10

mosey around big car loop(.35 miles which is also 616 yards equal to the length of the 16th hole)

The Thang

After our mosey we found ourselves at the rail.  In 1995 North Carolina’s own Neal Lancaster shot a final round 65.  We would honor this 65 by doing:

25 dips

20 derkins

25 erkins

Mosey to the back lot and partner up at the bus lanes.  In 1995 Corey Pavin shot even par to win(280) shots.  We would partner up and complete a DORA.  100 jump squats, 100 lunges, 80 True Americans.  1 PAX exercised will his partner ran forward to the end of the bus lanes and then backward run towards his partner.  Switch until the circuit was complete.

We then moseyed over to the swing sets.  With your partner we would complete 5 sets of Swerkins x 7.  One partner would complete 7 swerkins while the other did some core exercises.  Switch until the 5 sets were complete.

Mosey back to the cars for some Mary.
