Mosie to miserable garage (which Manafort described in Russian as something like “The Land of Misery and Sorrow”) 3 sets of 5 chin-ups with a partner from garage girders.

Mosie 30 feet to elevated planters, the dip – 18

Mosie back to the Green:

1. alligator / crab walk from the stage up hill through mud to top – recover
2. bear crawl / crawl bear from top back to stage – recover
