At least there was no rain.  It was a little windy in the Monday gloom at the rock where YHC and 3 PAX did a somewhat typical @toast_McQueen unplanned Q.

Warm up – Mosey down to the parking lot of the park (the traffic circle was wet).

The Thang

YHC explained that we were going to do traveling BLIMPS to the other end of the parking lot.  It was only 2 rounds but it felt much longer.  Then we bear crawled back to the start.  Next we ran an old school suicide using the parking places.  Then YHC decided to do partner carries across the parking lot followed by Karaoke back and forth in the lot.  Since we were back at the starting point we did another set of stationary BLIMPS followed by another suicide run.  YHC was at this point struggling to think of what to do next so he found some wall and timed people’s chair and balls to the wall commenced.  With a rejuvenated spirit the PAX ricky bobbied to the traffic circle where the PAX in the back had to do 5 merkins before sprinting to the front.  3 rounds of this were completed.  10 burpees were then completed just for the heck of it.  PAX then mosied up the hill back to the club house for Mary.
